Prof Carolyn Lam

Prof Lam is a Senior Consultant of the National Heart Centre in Singapore, co-founder of US2.AI and Professor of the Duke-NUS Cardiovascular Academic Clinical Program.

Recognised globally for her expertise in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, she started the first programme on this subject in Singapore, as well as the first Women’s Heart Health Clinic.

Prof Lam also co-founded US2.AI, a Singapore-based start-up that aims to automate the fight against heart disease, using AI software to simplify and democratise ultrasound of the heart. The National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS) provides one-stop comprehensive cardiac care, and is dedicated to optimising Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic outcomes through continuous advancement in patient care, education and training, and research.
