- An invitation for relevant local stakeholders – to a reception on the Go Live day

Exciting! This is the moment when all your planning will come into fruition.
Aim & Objectives: To have a detailed ‘Go Live’ event plan. Carefully consider and visualise how the launch of your CaReMe clinic will be experienced by internal and external stakeholders.
Method: It may be helpful to play out how the first 4-6 weeks will run. Is your staff trained and ready? Are the IT/technical systems ready to capture the relevant patient data? How many patients will there be and who will be managing them in the first weeks?

- It may be useful to plan your Go Live using a Gantt chart. MS Excel has several templates that can be used as a starting point.
