• Identified suitable facilities and a related blueprint of the clinic
• Filled in the specific slides on the project deck

Tip

• Remember – Consider the physical space, as well the the equipment needed for the day-to-day running of your clinic. E.g., computers, furniture, medical equipment etc.

Aim & Objective: To identify suitable facilities and a related blueprint of your clinic.

Method: Assess how the currently available or planned facilities for the clinic suit the needs of your CaReMe Clinic. It is important to do this before finalising your overall plan. Assess if there may be merit in exploring platforms that could allow your clinic to operate within a more remote or virtual capacity, as well.

Take note: This logistical aspect will have to be factored into the strategic planning, resources availability and prioritisation – as well as SOPs and space distribution.
