Develop required operational documents

By completing this task, you will have:

• A set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation for your CaReMe Clinic
• A training programme to ensure that all colleagues who will be working in the CaReMe clinic are informed, educated and equipped to use the SOPs
• A system to log updates to the SOPs and that keeps track of employee-training so that all staff are always up-to-date

Aim: Create SOPs & documents that will govern how your CaReMe clinic operates. This is crucial!

Objective: The procedures should determine the performance of your clinic – in practical terms: to ensure consistency in patient management & how other departments collaborate to attain the best results in a cost-effective manner.

Method: Documents should describe how to handle the ‘patient journey’: from the moment they encounter your CaReMe clinic, until they are no longer under your care.
