TAILORED EDUCATION Steps

By completing this task, you will have:

• A standard educational programme for CaReMe staff and CaReMe certification
• Depending on your setting and country – staff that may be able to accumulate CME accreditation from completed CaReMe training
• Individual online training courses, and/or team-based training

Tip

• Healthcare providers usually consider ‘training & qualification’ a critical aspect when considering a position, as they continually desire access to personal and clinical improvement. And a high level of CaReMe education will improve the patient experience.
• Make sure all new staff members are trained early and document training done by all staff. Issue an online training log-book to keep track.

Aim: To provide internal education for professional development of your staff (e.g., online courses, workshops, etc.). This is crucial!
