The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) has accepted an abstract from the CaReMe Global Alliance to present the benefits of an interdisciplinary, integrated Model of Care at this year’s ESC Congress, set to take place in August 2021.
A number of Executive Board members of the CaReMe Global Alliance will demonstrate the ways in which an interdisciplinary, integrated Model of Care improves clinical outcomes, increases cost effectiveness and enhances both resource utilisation and a patient’s overall treatment experience.
More than just a theoretical concept, the CaReMe Model of Care has been implemented in a growing number of Clinics around the world – and, as the presentation will show, the results truly do speak for themselves.
